How do I get an Absentee Ballot?

• Step 1: Request an absentee ballot application online at Maryland Elections Center , or in person at the Board of Elections Office in Winchester Hall, Frederick City.

• Step 2: Fill in all of the information on the application and mail it to the address on the application, or take it to the Board of Elections Office in Winchester Hall, Frederick City.

• The deadline for having your application for absentee ballot in the hands of the Board of Elections Office (Winchester Hall) is March 28 for the Primary Election, and October 31 for the General Election.
